Unfortunately, I never received this item. I ordered it twice. The first time, within hours of the shipment label being created, the shipment was voided. After contacting customer service, they understandably couldn't do anything until a certain timeframe elapsed. However, since it was clear it was not going to be shipped, the representative scheduled a refund to go in the date the appropriate time elapsed. In good faith, I ordered the same product again and the same exact thing happened - shipping label created and voided within a few hours! I haven't contacted customer service for the second refund yet, but will have to do so again. Note that my shipping information is correct because other items from the order were delivered successfully. If you need this product for something time-sensitive (like I did), perhaps consider another one.

The foam topper listed as 2” thick in the title of the item, and again further down in the description seemed rather thin. After scrolling further and further down to the very bottom specs, it is correctly listed as being a mere 1-1/2” thick. I never would have purchased it if not having been completely mislead by the untrue description. Don’t trust Macys or the manufacturer for honesty. Read every single word in the entire listing to discover when you’re being lied to. This failed to add additional comfort to the bed because it is so thin. Obviously, I cannot recommend this topper.

This is the most rancid smelling bed topper I ever bought. Couldn't get the smell out no matter what I did. Had to return it, and they are taking their sweet time to give me my refund. Still waiting for it.

Its basically everything it claims to be. It did need airing out. Lots of fumes. Its too thick for me. So its on a guest room bed.
