Perfect Small Skillet

This is a very small skillet, but is ideal for a small breakfast--egg, bacon or sausage-- or grilling a sandwich or frying a meat. The quality of the pan is very good--heavy enough, but not too heavy.

Good pan but misses the mark in a couple areas

Good, heavy duty, non-stick pan. 3 years of use, the side is chipped up somewhat. Also, the handle can get very hot sometimes. Really don't like the two rivets inside of the skillet- my scrambled eggs can get stuck in those sometimes and make it difficult to clean.

Beautiful Little Pan

I was specifically looking for a smaller pan for smaller things to cook and this pan does it perfectly. I was not sure that the handle would not get too hot, but after a few sessions I was pleasantly surprised that somehow the handle does not get hot. How do you do that?
