Great for relieving neck pain

I use this pillow to sleep at night as I have issues with my neck. It is so much better than using a regular pillow and I don’t wake up in pain like I do with other pillows.

Packaging is bad

I ordered 6 neck pillows for gifting. 2 pillows were not in the box. It wasn’t even labelled. No brand name or anything. I can’t even tell if they are extra firm or just the regular one. How am I suppose to give them as gifts when they are not in the box? How can the recipients know what are those for?

Terrible customer service

Never received, was sent something else. Tried to return the wrong item for a refund. Requested a return label on 4 separate occasions by phone. They kept sending me a link to a blank page. Won’t order anything on line again

Poor quality!! Doesn’t support your neck at all!! It lowers all the way down, it doesn’t hold neck
