I have 2 issues with this purchase. Although I was able to obtain this piece at a substantial discount, I don't believe that the value of the gemstones warrant the asking price. Also, my biggest gripe is that it did not include a Levian box. It is sent in a generic Macy's box! As a collector of Levian jewelry, that is just not acceptable. I spoke to a Macys rep via chat. He was totally useless and later I learned, deceiving. He said to get a box, I could start a return as they would not send out a box alone and it could not be picked up at the store. I told him I did not want to return because the website shows Low Stock. What happens if I return the item and there are no more to be shipped? He responded that I would automatically receive a full refund. Of course, I told him NO THANKS! I then called and talked to a rep via telephone. She said there are NO Levian boxes. So buyer, beware if you expect one with your purchase!
beautiful necklace
It is very pretty but the necklace length is a little too long for me.
