Sensor 14 Oz pump

Terrific soap dispenser

I am very happy with this dispenser. Easy to fill this soap dispenser. It looks sleek and stylish. I have found Simple Human to be a good company to work with. They honor their warranty and are willing to work with the customer. This was a warranty replacement and was made simply and efficiently.

Stopped working; charge doesn't last

I bought a few of these and they are pricey so I thought they would last. One I bought about 6 months ago no longer works. At first, the charge wouldn't last long (a few days), then it completely stopped working. For this price, it should have lasted longer. I bought another one, as I have a very sick Mom with aides in the house who must wash their hands and must practice good hygiene. I hope this one lasts. Honestly, the company should replace the broken one for free!
