The job was advertised.

The inserts are a bit heavier than I expected, but they add a full cup size to your breasts. They are comfortable once in place.

My yoga top dragged my bust down.

I ordered the large because I wanted as much as I could get. It made my bust look worse when I wore these in my yoga top, because they dragged the bust down and made me look like I had no bust at all.
