Very satisfied
I've never owned an air purifier before. I have been quite pleased with with the Alen BreatheSmart FLEX. In my 1462 sq. ft. house, I move it from the open living-kitchen-dining room to our bedroom occasionally. It's usually set on the second lowest speed, but when I move it to another room, I bump it up. On the lowest speed, it's nearly unheard. On the second speed, I can barely hear it, and it's almost indiscernible over the noise of other appliances, namely the fridge. It's been running for about a month now and I'm thinking I may need to bump up the filter subscription from 9 months to 6 months.

What a difference!
The Flex has been a game changer for the air quality in the house. The air is fresher and the room simply smells better. The handle and light weight allows for portability which is also something that is quite the convenient feature.

Amazing for allergies
This has been a lifesaver during allergy season. I have no more allergy symptoms (sneezing, coughing, runny nose) when I’m in my house. I usually still have severe symptoms in the spring even when I’m inside. This must be helping get rid of the pollen that gets tracked in. Also, the color Oak looks so good with our wood floors. It’s also pretty quiet on the two lowest settings. Love that I can turn off the display lights easily so it doesn’t bother at night. It’s easy to move around because of the hidden back handle. I got the Fresh filter to help more with odors and VOCs. Also, turns out I really don’t need an Auto feature. I thought I might miss it on this model, but I honestly don’t mind at all. I just turn it on when I need it and I can feel it’s working. I place it close to the kitchen, there’s no more odor coming from the garbage. When we spray cleaner on the counter, the smell doesn’t linger in the air anymore and is gone quickly. Most importantly, no more allergy symptoms! Overall, can’t recommend this purifier enough!

Excellent!
Thanks to this purifier, my mom's asthma and allergies have improved dramatically. The air feels lighter, allowing her to sleep and perform her daily activities much better. Thanks to it, my mom can now sew again without the discomfort of frequent sneezing and the itchy nose she used to experience when she got near clothing. I bought two and can notice the difference in my family's health. Highly recommended!
