Not Enough here!

Read reviews before I bought, should have listened to the others! Only received 2 glasses!! Going to return, not that impressed by them to wait for 2 more as the wait was delayed on the first 2!

Incomplete delivery - Five stars for product.

I like these glasses and was happy to see I could buy them here in the US. Order eight- two sets of four. How hard can it be! Received Four. The message from Macy’s said order delivered. Called and now waiting for new delivery…… Where did the other four end up.? I can honestly understand why Macy is closing their stores if they can mess up such a simple order.

Drinking glasses

What a mess with this order. Ordered two sets of glasses (four in a set) which means eight glasses total. I only got one set. Got a refund finally on the set that did not get delivered . And website tells me to keep the order. Well yes. I paid for one of the sets. Like you’re doing me a favor. SMH

Nice glasses but…

I ordered two sets (it states online that a set is four glasses) well I received only one set, which consisted of two sets of two. I thought this was an error and reordered them. Well the same thing happened again, I was sent two sets of two, equaling four glasses, which is actually one set. But the actual glasses are very nice quality and beautiful.

Incomplete order

I received two instead of four glasses,which I’d paid for. When I phoned Macy’s to sort it out they told me to keep the glasses and they’d authorize a refund. They did not offer to send two other glasses. Frustrating!
