They cancelled the order.

Terrible seller! Never ship your purchase!

Bought this watch in early Nov, but seller never shipped out the product. Instead, it showed processing for one week, then my order was cancelled. Never see any seller like this in Macy’s website! BE AWARE!

Poor communication,frustration shopping at Macy's

Bought and paid for. Waited over a week before the delay went to out of stock then after I called customer service telling them I'd wait for it to come back in stock rather than canceling the order, which they agreed to, they canceled the order saying the supplier was out of stock.

I was really looking forward to this watch. I have heard great things. I got the watch on sale but Macy’s canceled the order before it shipped with no explanation. Very disappointed

Item not available after purchase

Giving 1 star for the experience. Tried to buy as a Christmas gift when it went on sale. After a week I was notified the seller was unable to ship the order and my order was canceled. Recommend removing items from the site that are out of stock etc. so customers aren’t expecting to receive the purchase and left hanging when receiving notification the order is canceled.
