Sent the wrong shirt

I ordered a specific North Face long sleeve T-shirt for a gift. It came, eventually. It was a different shirt. Having worked for Macy’s, I know how shipping works and barcodes have to be scanned to make sure you have the right item. They disregarded that. Too late to send back.
