Never get the package

Need to call customer service for this machine

The vacuum does not seem to vacuum my entire home. My home is only 750 square feet. I have reset the vacuum a couple of times so that it will remap the home. With each reset it never fully maps out the entire home. It is full charged and when it's vacuuming it goes back to the docking station to recharge.

Great vacuum - 2 dogs does the job!

Glad i upgraded. with 2 dogs this helps a lot. strongly recommend, this is a time saver and does a great job.

It gets stuck a lot of time during vacuum as well.

Vacuum works over low profile rugs. but during mopping it does not event get on the rug. this causes lot of spaces to be left out. It gets stuck a lot of time during vacuum as well. DO NOT BUY
