No longer need

I tried to return this item and I was refused twice. I was told that the market place system was down on two occasions. Now the date has passed to return the item. I called 1-800-289-6229 on 2/5/2024, spoke with Liza and she stated that she emailed the company to get a label emailed to me, to mail the item back. I never received that label to this day. How will I return this item that I no longer need? I am frustrated because I used my Macy's card to purchase this item and can not return.
