Great knives let down by the scissors.

The knives are the sharpest I have used. The handles are comfortable to use. I have had them a while now and the sharpening block works well so far. The scissors split for cleaning, however they are bulky and uncomfortable, not suitable for finer trimming of foods. I have an old pair from the eighties which out perform these poorly designed pair. The knives are great quality and can be recommended.

Disappointed

I should have researched the item before purchasing , then when finding out that only four of the knives can be sharpened ( the scissors and bread knife can not be ) I would have thought twice about making the purchase , the four knives that can be sharpened appear good after a couple of uses , time will tell just how good they are

The StaySharp Knife Block is designed to sharpen Ninja straight-edge knives only, which is why the kitchen scissors and bread knife are not compatible with the built-in sharpener. When used and cared for in line with the product guidance, the scissors should not require sharpening during the lifetime of the cutlery set.
