Great for bread

Great product! This is a sturdy and beautiful product! I have made bread, veggies and other multiple dishes. It makes bread wonderful and crispy yet soft on the inside. The look of it is classic and stunning.

This is a must own if you cook 🔥

Man, when I pulled the Alva Nori Moroccan Tagine outta the box, I was like, dang, this thing’s legit. Black cast iron, that bronze knob poppin’, it’s straight up Moroccan souk energy on my counter. First dish? Chicken tagine with olives and preserved lemons. The cast iron heats so nice and even, and that pointy lid keeps all the steam locked in. Chicken came out crazy tender, spices slappin’. My fam crushed it, and I was flexin’ like a pro chef platin’ it up. Then I went for chicken tikka masala, and yo, it was fire. Sauce was rich, chicken juicy as hell, and I barely had to do anything. We were all too busy scarfing it down to talk. Cleanup’s a breeze with that enamel coat, and it’s good in the oven up to 392°F. I’ve thrown in beef stew, even a ramen style hot pot, it handles everything. Heads up, though: it’s cast iron, so if you got a glass cooktop, watch out. This beast is heavy, and I use a silicone mat for the lid. Handles don’t get too hot, which is clutch. It’s got a 25 year warranty, so it’s basically indestructible. The recipe book gave me some ideas, but I’m havin’ fun switchin’ it up, like that tikka masala that’s now my jam. This tagine makes cookin’ feel like a whole vibe, looks dope, works like a champ.

Very well made and beautiful

I absolutely love this pan. It cooked my recipe evenly and was much larger than I expected. It's very heavy and well made, I can tell it will last a long time. They have a 25 year guarantee which is amazing. I also love how beautiful and unique it is, I don't even have to transfer the meal to a dish, it's best served right on the table in this beautiful pan!

Beautiful Tangine!

You can make so many things with this tangine. Today I slow-cooked Birria beef. The meat was incredibly tender which made it so easy to shred. The tangine is very heavy and durable. The food cooks evenly. I am very excited to try this.

Heavy duty

This tagine cast iron pot feels very high quality. It has a nice weight to it - heavy, but not so heavy it's difficult to move around. The cast iron itself is smooth with no cracks or pits. The design is sleek and looks great when on the stove. The pan heats up quickly and evenly. It also retains the heat incredibly well. Since it is cast iron, all 3 handles (the two on the sides, and one on top of the cover) get hot - so either use mitts or get covers for them. Some steam comes out the side while cooking, but the majority stays inside - helping ensure juicy and flavorful meals. Surface is nonstick and easy to clean. All meals I've cooked so far come out great with this! I also like that it's a little versatile - you can use it as a tagine or just a regular cast iron (uncovered).

Absolutely love it!

I honestly wasn’t sure exactly what I would cook in this Tagine but I had planned to make a chuck roast with vegetables as one of this week’s meals and I usually make the chuck roast in the crockpot since it’s the easiest; well, I gave the Tagine a try today by browning the chuck roast first than taking it out and adding the vegetables, etc., added the roast back in and popped it in the over for 3-3.5 hours (lid included) , this roast turned out phenomenal; my best one yet. The Tagine not only is sturdy and easy to use, but the way it traps in the flavors is absolutely delicious. Can’t wait to use it for so many other meals! Would 💯 recommend
