Not quite right

I really like the look and feel of these sandals except for one thing. The adjustable back strap sticks out in the back. I wish it were shorter or I could tuck it in somewhere.

The shoes are too loose, and the sole/glue keeps coming off. They feel uncomfortable when walking.
