Poor HP Support

I bought my Elitebook a month or so ago. It does not work. HP Support re booted it and it still does not work. I cannot get a email address to get them to replace it.

Poor label printing

For some reason this printer does not print well on labels. It makes a lot of ink speckles and I have to clean it every time I print a shipping label.

Nice printer, you will like!

Printer works great as expected. Very nice prints, never had any problems with HP printers while I have had them for the last 30 years. The only problem I have is the HP does not recognize my serial number and can't show me the warranty info when entered.
