Initially it doesn't leak however over time it leaks. I've unscrewed it and screwed it back on, I've looked it over and when it begins to leak it's just time to toss it.

It’s nice I like the handle. At first I wasn’t sure I would like it . It keep my tea hot for over 6 hours also . The lids way easier to clean than older types as well.

Snapseal will not open without a tool

This is my second Snapseal Contigo mug. The first one worked perfectly so I bought a second. The problem with this one is that the snap seal when snapped in place does not open without a tool of some sort. Not handy when you're on the go! I wish I could buy another lid and see if it worked better, but I cannot find anywhere that sells the lids only. I am bummed!

I love it, but...

I love how this mug keeps my drinks cold and the fact it's spill proof but the handle keeps falling off. Two like this and both lost their handle. I'm very disappointed.
