It's pretty flat immediately and there's not much cooling action. I don't like a big fluffy pillow, but this doesn't stay formed enough to cradle the neck as it's supposed to without being folded.

The pillow is too soft and moves when your sleep. Don't know about memory form because this pillow has no clue. If you like soft it's for you! It sits too low.

Well made pillow, beautiful jacquard cover. I appreciated the curve design since it supported my neck. However the width of the curved part or cradle of the foam felt too narrow --and was very uncomfortable.
