Missing items

Ordered 2 of these items and only received 1. Called to inform of the problem and was given a choice of the item or money back. I informed them i wanted the item because it was going to be a Christmas gift. They told me they would send it out, 2 days later had a money return on my back account. This makes twice that i have ordered from macys and had items not showing up!!
