Looks Can Be Deceiving!

Looks great but is poorly made! My floors are relatively level, yet I've had to shim-up the base by nearly a 1/2 inch! The lamp is that grossly out of plumb! Laughingly, the manufacturer supplies a "Balance Kits." Thin plastic adhesive backed disk - hardly able to solve the out of plumb problem. Sounds like this is a known problem!!!!!! After checking that all the parts were furnished and fit, I foolishly thew out the carton. Fortunately, the lamp's base is hidden by a large plant. What a pity that no one is doing Quality Control!!!!!!

Cute design, sloppy on the details

We bought this as a gift for a teenage theater enthusiast. The design is cute for said purpose, but the fit and finish are disappointing. The brushwork on the metal is really sloppy and the switch/knob wiggles a lot when you turn it. It shouldn't wiggle. We were actually concerned that it was falling off, but seems to still be attached and functional. So for a gift for a teenager, it's fine, but I wouldn't put it in my living room.

High quality floor lamp and very low key chic.

Sturdy and sleek appearance

I recently purchased this lamp for my son and daughter-in-law. It only took 2 days from the time I ordered in in the store to its delivery. We found it very well packed for shipping and not difficult for my son to put together. It is very sturdy and even though it is on a thick carpet, it doesn't tip or waver at all. He loves the ability to direct the lights to where ever he needs to. It is also nice to just use the top light only, facing upward, for mood lighting in the room when that is all that is needed. Overall size and height perfect. Highly recommend.

Pretty good lamps

The 3-way switch is temperamental. Each time I turn the switch, I'm never quite sure which lights will come on. It's perplexing. These are nice-looking lamps which resemble theatre lights, and they put out a pretty good amount of lighting, but not nearly as much as the old halogen lamps they replaced,

This lamp is perfect for my loft space. It fits the theme and offers ample light to the space. It is easy to assemble, and easy to operate.
