Check the packages before sending Them out

I purchased the tote because I wanted it. I received it with a store plastic sensor lock attached to the side of my bag. I've contacted the store explaining that I can't walk around with a lock on my bag. I was told that they will credit me monies back and will send a return package for me to send tote back. It's been months now and no UPS postage paid box to send back. I'm walking around still with sensor lock on bag cause I needed this bag. It's a nice tote although it's not what I paid for the extra lock that thank God hasn't alarm any metal detector will go off. I've been paying back for this bag and should have gotten a discount. Been purchasing items from Macy's for years and love the store just saying.

Very happy with this purchase. There is nowhere near me to get quality but reasonable purses around me anymore. So while in Chicago i was thrilled to find this crossbody. Nice everyday color. Easily keeps things organized. Should last a while.
