This chair pad worked great for the first 2 weeks, then all of a sudden it stopped working. Took it back and the gentleman there tried to give me a bit of a hard time on the return, despite me being a loyal customer for decades. As a result, I will not purchase any item like this with Macys again.

Warm and cozy
This is the envy of my office. He were told we couldn't have personal heaters in the office so I got this massager/ heater for my chair. It gives just the right amount of heat for me. I love that I can set the timer on it and not worry about forgetting to turn it ioff.

Very comfortable and nice quality
This shiatsu luxe seat well exceeded my expectations. The plush, silky smooth top on the backrest/headrest is a lovely cover for the shiatsu that works it way up/down your back going clockwise or counter clockwise. It gets in rather deep on your lower back but you need to really sit into it for the massager to hit your neck. The heating element is very pleasant and the entire seat is very comfortable on your seat of choice. I didn’t find the movement of the seat part to really add much to the experience but it is nice to have. The remote works and responds well to button presses. There’s even a nice little ‘home’ for it on the back of the seat. I like how sturdy this luxe chair pad is and the strap for the back is a nice feature that helps keep it in place.

Feels so good!
This massager is so awesome! It feels so good on the back and goes up and down all the way to your head. The heat also feels really good as well. It has vibration too. My husband loves it and almost fell asleep, lol!
