Dissatisfactory

The zipper is broken in 2 places and the runner gets stuck everytime when opening and closing. The material is poor quality & there is a white spot on the front of the bag when I opened the package

Terrible

I would give this backpack 0 stars of that was an option. Bought this for my 9th grader in Aug. Didn't even last until Christmas.

Poor Quality !

Not worth the one star rating! The worst backpack purse I have ever purchased. I bought a white colored Madden Girl this summer, not only did I have problems with one sticky zipper but the material would not stay clean. Tried scotch guard would not stay clean. Last week the sticky zipper broke. I tried to put up with it and learned you get what you pay for! Pack lasted 2 months total- Don't waste any of your money on this item!
