The best rain jacket

Very happy, very content with this rain jacket! I like everything about it: the design, fabric material, color, comfortable wear, waterproof feature, durability! I will buy again and again the TNF rain jacket as it is unbeatable by any other brand so far!

Ready for cooler temperatures

I love my jacket, it is not so heavy that I would get hot.. It'll be my go to and something I can wear all day in the office.. I can't wait for cooler weather. I also purchased an Antora jacket. I love North Face, you see the "face" coming and going.. Such style, such a statement

Never Got It

This jacket never arrived. No notice on why. I called and talked to customer service and all they could do was expedite shipping on a future purchase. Very disappointed with North Face.

So so!

Nice jacket overall. I do not like the high/ low effect. Every plus size girlie isn't curvy in the butt and hips. I would prefer a jacket with the same length all the way around. Love the color!

Sizing is bad.

I've purchased North Face many years ago and i feel like the quality has gone down drastically. Also this jacket runs extremely small. The sleeves are entirely too short on me the jacket isn't really comfortable. The actual quality of the jacket seems pretty cheap compared to what i remember. Not impressed

Best jacket and best customer service!

Received incorrect jacket and size when it was first delivered. Emailed customer service late evening and has a response with resolution by morning! Received replacement jacket. Awesome jacket! Love it. Perfect fit and keeps me warm!
