I was given the NordicTrack RW700 Rower in exchange for an honest review, so here it is: Setup was simple, and the thing looks and feels like legit gym-quality gear. It’s super quiet, super smooth, and the iFIT workouts are actually fun. The auto-resistance (SmartAdjust) is a lazy guy’s dream—no buttons, just row. I’m 6'2", 215 lbs, and it fits me great. The screen’s solid, but you need the iFIT subscription to get the most out of it. Not ideal if you hate monthly fees. Also, it doesn’t fold, so plan your space. All in all: premium rower, solid tech, and actually makes cardio tolerable. Would’ve considered buying it even if I didn’t get it free.

Super easy for a newbie
As someone who thought rowing was just something people did at Ivy League schools or in dramatic movie montages, the NordicTrack RW700 completely changed my mind. This rower is a beast—in a good way. It's sturdy, smooth, and surprisingly quiet, which is great because I’m pretty sure my neighbors already judge my 6 a. m. workouts. The 10-inch HD touchscreen is where the magic happens. With iFIT, I've rowed across the Thames, through fjords in Norway, and even down the Charles River, all without leaving my living room or falling into actual water. The auto-adjusting resistance adds a layer of realism that keeps you from just phoning it in, which is both helpful and annoying, depending on how much coffee I've had. Full disclosure: I received this rower as an incentive to leave an honest and unbiased review—and honestly, I’m impressed. It wasn’t the easiest to set up (think IKEA-level commitment with fewer Swedish meatballs), and it’s definitely not a compact machine, so make sure you've got the space. But once it's in place, it feels like a premium fitness experience. Whether you’re training for something serious or just trying to feel better about how much pizza you eat, the RW700 makes working out way more engaging than I ever expected.

Super convenient
As a new mom in Las Vegas, this rower is exactly what I needed. It’s too hot here to work out outside most months, and honestly, I don’t have time to leave the house with a baby. This machine glides way smoother than other rowers I’ve used in gyms, and it’s super easy to move around. Great build, great workout. This is an incentivized review.

Perfect for Busy Parents
Living in Las Vegas where it’s often too hot to work out outside, this rower has been a game-changer. I’m married, and have a baby, so getting a full-body workout at home without spending hours away is a huge win. Setup was smooth and the iFIT workouts are actually motivating, I didn’t expect to enjoy rowing this much. This is an incentivized review

Awesome Full Body Workout
I have been really impressed by this rower with how it works and I really like the sleek look of it. I have been using it with iFIT and have been surprised that with some of the workouts it’s not only working my arms, but my whole body. And let me tell you, I can definitely feel it working. The seat is actually really comfortable which I was surprised by and it glides very smoothly. The pull rope is comfortable on your hands and feels sturdy (like it isn’t going to snap any time soon). The screen is a really good size, I don’t feel like it is too big or too small. I am 5’7” and my husband is around 6’4” and we can both use the machine comfortably. I liked how our previous NordicTrack rower had the capability to fold in half for storage and unfortunately this one doesn’t. Because it’s a rower, it is long and takes up some space but we usually keep it out in our gym anyways. I do wish it had some kind of lock on the seat to keep it in place when it wasn’t being used. My kids think it is fun to play on and I worry about their fingers getting pinched, but that is only a problem for users with small kids. It was super easy to put together, my husband was able to do it by himself in probably less than 45 minutes. It even came with its own tools so we didn’t have to get anything out. This is an incentivized review, I have a family member that works for this brand but these are my honest thoughts on the machine.

Love It!
My previous rower finally gave out and I got this one. The last rower I had was collapsible so I was initially worried about spatial constraints. Those fears were quickly dashed away. Its slim and easy to maneuver. My favorite feature is probably the length. I'm 6'4" , mostly in the legs, and the seat rail had plenty more space. Love it, its a great piece of equipment! *This is an incentivized review. I have a family member who works for this brand, but the review above is my honest and unbiased opinion. *

Quick HIIT
Love the ability to jump on for a quick HIIT or structured iFIT workouts. Set up wasnt bad, and everything is pretty smooth. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

Good rower!
Rowing is tough! But I’m more and more a fan the more I use this machine. I’ve done some brief rowing before, but never dedicated a whole workout to rowing. It is hard, but I love that it is a whole body workout (compared to a treadmill or bike which is all lower body). It’s a two person job to get the machine where you want it but setup was not hard with 1 person. And the machine works great! Handle is grippy and sturdy, seat has a little cushion but not too much, and the foot rests are easy to adjust but stay in place when using them. The screen is on the smaller side, but there isn’t much reason for it to be bigger. My favorite part are the guided iFit workouts. You can have a professional rower teach you the absolute basics of how to correctly row and then once those are down you can follow the trainers rowing in some amazingly beautiful places. The one thing I wish this rower had was a built in fan to blow on your face when the workout gets tough! This is an incentivized review, but the opinion and rating are honest.
