Cute dress but runs small and fits weird

I tried this on today in a 14 and it was snug. The top fits a little weird. It zipped up but I didn’t like the way it sat on my body. Normally a 12 so this doesn’t run smaller.

Love but runs small

This dress is beautiful in person. Very well made and lined. However, it seems to run small. Will definitely give this brand another try.
