question the value
I think it is a nice product but overpriced and the whole bottle is almost gone. Two weeks morning and night. that would become very expensive.

Defective
I was excited to use the serum but I’ve tried it twice and only one of the product comes out. I’ve turned it upside down and shook it but still the other two won’t release. Can I get a replacement

If the serum isn't dispensing properly, try turning the bottle horizontally and pumping 3-6 times to remove any air pockets. Some bottles may require more pumps to activate.
