Promising!
Haven’t had a chance to try it since I rarely eat cheese. But I checked the chemicals used in this tablet and they seem to be effective! The capsule looks easy to swallow so no issues there.

No Noticeable Benefits and Overpriced
I’ve used this supplement several times, but unfortunately, I haven’t noticed any real improvement. I can’t say much about the ingredients themselves, but based on my experience, it just didn’t deliver any noticeable results. The packaging is simple and functional, nothing unique. It does have a slight scent, but nothing too strong or off-putting. Considering the price, I expected more. There are definitely more affordable options out there that have worked better for me.

Amazing!

Very effective
I am lactose intolerant and taking this product before eating anything containing dairy has help me tolerate these foods. The formula contains enzymes that specifically break down lactose, making it easier to enjoy dairy meals without the discomfort of gas, bloating, or stomach upset. I have seen the difference after using it. It won’t cure your lactose intolerance but it will help you eat these foods better

Good stuff
It is good lacto nutrisient, which helps a lot your digestive health. I like they are fully unscented and also a pill is not huge. Super comfy ta take them. Feel better after 10 days, might buy one more pack. Th price is reasonable. Like it.

Might help
They work I think! My husband took one and it helped his reactions to dairy and cheese. I took one and didn’t really see an improvement so 50%? But there’s nothing wrong with trying them yourself!

You don’t have to suffer the consequences anymore
As your stereotypical lactose intolerant girly, I don’t eliminate everything dairy from my diet. I hate having to make multiple meals for my family, we don’t mind the flavor, but say there is a noticeable difference in the texture when using dairy free alternatives, and the cost of dairy free alternatives tends to be much higher, which is frustrating. As a result, we suffer the consequences of my dairy consumption. Not anymore. I love the ease with which I can take lacto and still enjoy the best parts of life, i.e. ice cream and cheese, real cheese. The package is easy to slip into my purse, so it’s always accessible for treats on the go. I don’t notice a flavor so it’s easy to take. And overall, I love having the ability to eat my favorite foods and not have to suffer the consequences.

Simple yet effective!
I have not had any issues with since I started taking this (but please note i do consume a lot of dairy)! Packaging makes it easy to travel with since it’s in a small bottle with a turning top.
