Security tag left on for online order

Honestly I am so mad! I bought this online to be more convenient and I got all three of my orders come into the mail with every piece of clothing in the box with the security tag on! I’ve literally never seen this before where all three pieces of clothing I ordered online and they all had the security tag on. Honestly, such a total inconvenience. Whoever packaged my order is a menace to society!

Poor customer service

I bought this set in NJ and did not pay sales tax. I live near NY/NJ border and had to exchange for size. I happened to be at a NY Macy’s and found size but store insisted I pay the sales tax for a size exchange! I tried to escalate with different managers who all insisted they could not do a tax override which is what every other store does. I was recently at Banana Republic in NJ and exchanged for size in NYC where I work and tbere were no issues. I was really surprised by this.

Ordered online- security ink tag still on

The pajama set is what I wanted but it still had the security ink tag on it. I will have to drive 40+ miles to the nearest store to have it removed to wear them. Very disappointed with the shipping department.
