Almost perfect

It would be 5 stars if not for one thing: The fan does not hold the last status of the power and fan speed condition after it is switched off from the wall switch. I should've read the reviews :-( The fan is beautiful and sleek in our kitchen. The blades mimic the floor. It is quiet and with 6 speeds it can get quite powerful. I have a 14ft ceiling and it was easy to install with a long rod. My house is using automated wall switches. After turning on the fan using the wall switch, I turned it on using the remote and set the speed to 3. I turned it off from the switch and turned it back on. To my disappointment, the fan needed to be turned on from the remote again and the appropriate speed is set every time. I have 5 fans setup with wall switches, and I do not have to touch any of their remotes. Am I missing something? Admittedly, it is a first world problem. Hence, the 4 stars.

Warm Appeal with Cool Breeze

Pretty easy to install. Looks real clean and the natural wood fan blades gives the room a warm look while keeping the room nice and cool.

Doesn't work if you have a wall switch

Looks nice but you have to use the remote to turn it on. If you have a wall switch it won't work. Annoying
