Disappointed Defective Product and Poor Customer

I received a defective product and immediately reached out with clear evidence of the issue. Instead of offering a replacement or real resolution, I was given a non-helpful response and left to deal with disposing of a faulty item myself. I even had to follow up multiple times, including getting Macy’s involved, who agreed the item could be picked up, yet still no proper resolution was offered. Very disappointed in the quality of service. I expected better from Macy’s and the seller.
