WAY smaller than it looks

This jacket is way smaller than it appear in the images. I'm almost inclined to think this is a Juniors garment that isn't marked correctly. I'm 5'11" and purchased the size 12. Through the chest there's no issues but the sleeves are nearly two inches too short and the bottom of the jacket hits me at the hips. I've no clue how someone 5'9" in a size 4 (as the model images show) is finding so much more length out of this than I'm seeing. If you have shorter arms and torso this might be worth a shot but I'm disappointing. It looks amazing but doesn't fit at all.
