So Disappointed

I can’t review this item because I never received it. I received emails indicating that it was shipped, on the way, and then I was charged. The same with the pants that was in the same order. Today I received a message for me to rate my purchases. My first call I was informed that it was still waiting to be picked up for shipping. My second call to an executive office was never returned. My third call I was informed that my size was was not available so it was not sent and I would get a refund. The order was placed on July 4th.

The trousers, at least in size 14 petite, had a very small waist and was large in the thighs.
