Printed Wrap Top

It is absolutely unexceptable that I cannot return this. It's too big. I am certain I did not order a large but that is what was sent. I did not wear it, and the tags are still on it. Thank you for your help!

Has potential for right body

Runs small across chest (40 inch - try a size LG). I do like the style, and colors. The back is open (wear pasties, or ditch the bra). The fabric arrived a wrinkled mess, and a lot of fabric; not form fitting. I am returning the top; just not for me.
