A keeper

1/2 star off because the metal inside the pan now is not finished like years back. Scratches too easily, has to be scoured with Barkeepers Friend with each use to shine bright and erase white bloom spotting. ALL the best high end pans are like this. I purchased 4 brands to compare. Otherwise LOVE this brand and pan!!! Weighted perfectly, cooks evenly on lower settings, solid. I'll never go back to less than.
