Love it!

I bought mine used and couldn't be happier with it. I have struggled to find a cardio workout that I will stick with long term. I have injuries in the tendons of my hips and legs, so it can be difficult to be on my feet for too long during a workout. I still walk on my treadmill and use my elliptical, but this rower is now my go-to for a great cardio workout. I can workout for extended periods without experiencing pain and discomfort And the rowing is enjoyable, especially when watching vidoes that simulate being on the water.

Body Trac Glider.

The Body Trac Glider is a great way to achieve no impact exercise. It is well built with good quality parts. This is my second Glider. I absolutely wore out the first one and the fact that I purchased this second one speaks for its quality. It’s easy to use and store and if replacement parts are ever needed the ordering process is very accommodating. Great piece of equipment!!

Very good

Had it a month . Recovering from being struck by car. Excellent way to exercise, with no impact. Wish the back leg was adjustable so you could increase leg workout by using on an incline

So Far So Good

So far so good. The only problem we've had was with the directions. Some of the pieces were already installed. We don't have any burning issues as we are in our 70's and don't row that fast or that long. I do use a seat cushion though. It truly is like rowing a boat.

Great Fit for our Family

This product is a perfect fit for us, and we are really enjoying it, so far. It is fairly lightweight, stands up and out of the way easily so it doesn't take up a lot of space. The workout encompasses full range of motion and can be intensified as you get stronger. I am really happy about this purchase.
