Damaged item

The 6 qt Dutch oven has a dent in the rim which prevents the lid from fitting. How do I get a refund for damaged item ?!

Damaged set

The set is fundamentally nice, although I have not used it yet. Unfortunately the small fry pan came damaged (dented) and while the outer box was fine, it appears the box had been previously opened.

Best T- Fal pots and pans

This is mine 4th set of T- Fal since I was 25 years old - I love the durability of this product I guess that the reason I have change. Now I am in my 60 and still buying T-Fal pot and pans.
