Bad Product
Screen issues, shuts down automatically sometimes, charger doesn't work only after 2 months. Overall, bad experience.

We do understand your disappointment with this laptop and the inconvenience this may have caused if you are having screen issues auto-shutdown and no boot or no power on. To resolve the screen issue, ensure chipset and graphics drivers are installed. Additionally, ensure Windows, drivers, BIOS, games and applications are up to date. Drivers for this laptop are available at: https://rog.asus.com/us/laptops/rog-zephyrus/rog-zephyrus-g16-2023-series/helpdesk_download/ . If the laptop will not boot up or it's just black screen but the fan, please do the following. Please try to do a power cycle by pressing and holding down the power button to shut it down completely, then power on. If the laptop will not boot up or it's just black screen but the fan, please do the following. If it powers on but stays on black screen after at least 10 minutes, repeat the power cycle process again. If the laptop is applying updates in the System Registry, it will black screen temporarily until the update is applied successfully. Additionally, please try to disconnect the power cable and let the unit drain for 24 hours to clear the memory. This will reset the hardware to default settings. After doing this, please reconnect your AC adapter, do not power on the laptop until the battery is charged. Awsome would reccemend!
A very well rounded computer I purchased the 16 gb ram with i7 13th generation and an rtx 4070 model.i tested it with fortnite,rocket league,pubg and roblox in wich fortnite on 1v1 lowest settings in a 1v1 map it got around 550 frames pubg max settings ran amazingly smooth at 130 frames while roblox it got 200 in rivals.Very impressive for the price.The screen is amazing runs at 4k again very impressive compared to other options around the price (that I also looked at)would reccemend I haven't had any issues at all.
