Twin Size Daybed with 2 Drawers

I am writing to express my extreme dissatistaction with the recent delivery of my bed, which was scheduled for the 17th. To my surprise, upon returning home from work on the 14th, I discovered a large package containing the unassembled bed simply left at my doorstep. This was unacceptable for several reasons.
