Lovely Gift for any occasion!

I ordered this online and picked up in-store at Macy's Mission Viejo. The pick up process is relatively easy but I caution you need to be sure your items are correct and that you make sure you get non-defective merchadise. The box and lid to this item were damaged: a dented lid and a scratched up box. The associate was kind enough to take me back to the home goods floor to exchange the item for a better one. I was surprised at whoever even put the item in the pickup in the first place. The sales ladies on the floor seem cautious when it comes to Waterford crystal. They exclaimed they are locked out of their Waterford supply closet (somehow lost the key while doing inventory). How does one lose a key during inventory?
