Received Wrong size twice

I did buy it a few weeks ago in a size Large and I received an XL, Is a really good looking over coat, So, I decided to keep it and ordered another Large and I receive it in Xl again, when I contacted Customer Support from Alpine Swiss, they said the order was both XL and in my Macy’s Order it say clearly Large. They told me to return it and buy it again., I am so disappointed with Macy now.
