Poor product quality and customer service

I've been using this product for almost a decade, but this formulation is different. It doesn't look the same, smell the same, or feel the same. When I put it on my face, I felt slight stinging. When I emailed the company to give feedback, They started to interrogate me and demand photos. I wasn't looking for a refund, just letting them know that I thought maybe something was wrong.

Effective! Finally found something that works great for me

59 years old, melasma is my primarily concern. Tried Lucent and so amazed to see results in 1 week! I get compliments on my skin now. My first Shiseido experience and I'm sold. I LOVE Shiseido!
