Binding unbound

I am very disappointed with this rug. I have painted my room and unpacked my rug. The binding is coming loose all around it in different places. We have no pets or children in the house and it has only been down little over a week. We haven't even had an opportunity to use the room This rug obviously wasn't cheap and it looks awful. I definitely would not recommend it, so disappointing.
