Still waiting for Macy to process my order

I ordered 2 recliners on April 19, 2025 assuming "14 days for production and delivery" meant "home delivery" or at least to schedule delivery, but that's not the case. It means delivery to Macy's warehouse for inspection and processing. I'm now waiting for Macys to contact me end of June to schedule delivery.
