returning incomplete pieces

I made a purchase for this bed and my package arrived incomplete, oh my God I waited so long for it and now I have to return it. My children were very happy waiting for her bed and now I have to return it. How is it possible that they send the package missing so many pieces? I bought it specially and now it is more expensive and my children want me to buy it again
