Acupupressure mat

I was afraid, very afraid. Then one day I just did it and wow, it was wonderful. I use it all the time. Still on 10-15 min. Love it.

Just based on ease of purchase and delivery

Surprised

It’s hard to believe that an item like this can be made well enough to have an actual effect, but it does!! Several members of my family, and I, have tried it for various aches and headache, and have found relief. Try it more than once! It’s quite helpful.

Wasn't sure what to expect, but really like the mat and pillow. I've used the pillow a few more times than the mat, because it's so easy to just prop on the couch and relieve a little tension. The plastic points ARE very sharp, but once you settle in you get used to it and it feels great. (The instructions say this, but it does work more effectively if your bare skin is on the mat/pillow, versus wearing a shirt.)
