Poor packaging.

I really love the pattern of this quilt. However the packaging did not completely cover the quilt & the tape was on the quilt was afraid the tape would damage the quilt.

Disappointed.

Ordered this beautiful comforter, couldn't wait for it to arrive and opened it up as soon as it came in and realized it was missing a sham. We called customer service to fix the problem and send us another sham and we were told they could not do it because they were all sold out BUT we could take it up to a store to see if they had any and possibly get a sham from the store. It's a set. No one is going to split a set up, I am still trying to figure out why both were not included in our order. Absolutely ridiculous and the customer service lady was useless.

The comforter was thrown in box not wrapped. Just loose in the b0x
