Had this not even a year, the wood split, nails were falling out in the middle of the night the bed frame collapsed snd you couldn’t put it back together. Terrible quality would not recommended

I ordered two of these awhile back when they were on a substantial discount. I would not recommend for a primary bed but would be fine in a kids or guest room. I definitely would not recommend this at the full retail price. It is pretty and relatively easy to assemble but the overall scale is pretty small compared to my other frames. I also do not love that no matter what I do, the headboard is a little wobbly and hits wall with any movement. If you do not want your box spring to show, you will need low profile. Overall, this is just alright. For me, I likely would not purchase again.

A full for a Queen
I've ordered this bed 2 times and the first time I received a full instead of a queen. The second time a full headboard and queen frame. Unacceptable and unprofessional. I ordered a queen for a reason. I had someone come over to put the bed up 2 times. Manufacturer is horrible.
Best deal ever
First time that I ever buy a frame, mattress and bed. I love this is so chic! it took me 3 hours to assemble but is totally worth it! is real velvet very cute. The only bad thing is now I think I need to buy a Box, this something new for me, Im from Mexico, and they are not common in M�xico but here there is no way just to have this frame. To wrap up, really buy it you would not regret
Good value
This is a really nice bed, and a good value for the price I feel. Note that the 'light gray' is like steel gray; very soft fabric which feels somewhere between microfibre and velvet. Not a true velvet as my imagination conjured up ! Lol but still a very nice soft fabric. Really IMPRESSIVE is the button tufting which makes it look so rich and expensive. Mostly I have not seen such deep and fine tufting. It'll be a good idea to request fabric swatches and being patient to see the colors and fabric before ordering.
Beautiful bed
I bought this bed in the blue velvet and it is gorgeous! It seems to be well made but time will tell. The bed shipped quicker than expected but you'll receive no shipping updates until it actually ships. The website says the vendor normally ships within 21 business days. I ordered on 4/18/18 and kept checking my shipping status and it kept saying the bed would ship on 5/16/18. Much to my surprise it shipped on 5/1/18 and arrived on 5/3/18. My biggest complaint about this bed is that the boxspring peaks out from the top of the side rails by about 2 inches. After reading conflicting reviews online (one saying that a 9" boxspring and 12" mattress was perfect and another saying that a 9" boxspring and 11.5" mattress left the boxspring showing), I called Macy's to chat with a furniture specialist for more detailed product info. The website says that it fits a standard boxspring and mattress. The standard box spring is 9". After calling Macy's, I was first told that a 9" would would perfect but so would a 5" low profile. You can't have both so which is it? I asked for more product info and got transferred 4 times being told each time that they don't have anymore info about the bed than what is online. I would recommend a 5-7" boxspring. A standard box spring will show and we even adjusted the rails to be as high as possible to cover up as much of the boxspring as we could. As an FYI, the headboard height can be adjusted (which is not noted online) to fit your mattress and boxspring height. Looks like I'll be making sure my blanket fully covers up the boxspring at all times.
Very nice color and style
It shipped very quickly and arrived in 2 boxes. It was easy to assemble (took about 1.5 hours with a friend to help). The color is really deep and rich and the fabric is great. I ordered the dark blue - it's really a true navy blue - very deep). The bed is very stable. Love it!
Great Bed... Sturdy, Lux
I got this on sale. It arrived quickly -- in about 2 weeks -- it came in 2 boxes. The base is surprisingly sturdy, very well built, with lots of support. the headboard is a soft velvet, with tufting. It looks very luxurious, and I like the color (soft grey) -- it pairs nicely with my silver/mirrored night stands. It fits perfectly with a 9" box spring and a 12"mattress. One caveat --- you might want to let the headboard "air out" before actually using it. We pulled off the plastic and assembled it in about an hour, and slept on it the first night. The fumes from the headboard were pretty intense... my husband actually ended up sleeping with his head at the foot of the bed because the smell was giving him a headache. The "new bed" smell is mostly gone now... but it was strong for a day or 2.
