Awaiting our third replacement

This is a beautiful reclining sofa. We bought this one for the beautiful color and design. Although the quality of the mechanism for the reclining and headrest has been very disappointing. We are on our third replacement. The first two times it was found to have wiring that was either not hooked up or cut. The first one received had many issues with the mechanism and was way overstuffed making it very uncomfortable. The second replacement the middle section the wire was cut deeming it useless. The person who delivered it stated he would bring us a replacement for the center recliner the following week. This never happened. When I called Macy’s they offered to replace the whole couch again. If there are any issues with this third sofa we will be asking for a full refund. I cannot believe that a manufacturer would let a non working piece of furniture out the door. Do they not have a quality inspection before pushing their furniture out the door not once but twice.

Causes back pain

This is the most uncomfortable sofa I’ve ever had. It causes back pain. I was hoping things would get better after a few weeks but it didn’t. I wish I had returned it.

comfortable and great quality

We purchased a recliner and a 3-pc sofa with recliners and power headrests. We have been using them over a week now. Very comfortable with decent price. The seat height was lower than other recliners we saw, which I prefer. It is still higher than other non-recliner sofa. I am 5.6 and if I wear my indoor slippers my feet touch the ground well but even if they don't I can just use the recliner and be more comfortable. We got them at sales price and purchased 5 year warranty to be safe. I highly recommend it. I hope Macy's doesn't discontinue this line because we want to buy more pieces when we have a bigger living room.
