USED, DIRTY, DEFECTIVE DRESS

I ordered this Adrianna Pappell dress online along with another one for my teenage daughter who is going to be in her brother's wedding in August. And both dresses, were "obviously used because they appear dirty, snagged, ripped, and missing beads and/or sequins. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED in Macys, that they do not take the time to look over the item before sending out! Where is Macy "Quality Control? I WILL NOT ORDER ONLINE EVENING GOWNS FROM MACYs!
